
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Anviksa Insight Private Limited is committed to providing high-quality educational solutions and a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which fees for our courses and services may be refunded or cancelled, in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for higher education institutions, where relevant to our operational scope.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any program or service.
1. General Principles

Timeliness: All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing within the specified timelines. The date of receipt of the written request by Anviksa Insight will be considered the official date of cancellation.

Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee may be deducted from the refundable amount for administrative costs associated with processing cancellations and refunds.

Non-Refundable Items: Application fees, registration fees, and any administrative charges explicitly stated as non-refundable are generally not eligible for a refund.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will typically be processed via the original mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was made). No cash refunds will be issued.

Discretion: Anviksa Insight reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests, especially in special or exceptional cases not explicitly covered by this policy.
2. Course/Program Specific Refund Policies
Our refund policy varies depending on the type and duration of the course or program.
A. Short-Term Courses/Workshops/Seminars (Typically less than 6 months duration):

Cancellation 20 days or more before the official start date: 60% of the total course fee will be refunded. A 10% processing fee additionally (or a fixed amount as specified at the time of admission, whichever is lower) will be deducted.

Cancellation less than 20 days but more than 7 days before the official start date: 40% of the total course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days to the official start date OR after attending the first session/class: No refund will be issued.

Non-Attendance: Non-attendance or discontinuing the course without formally notifying Anviksa Insight in writing will not entitle the student to any refund.

After Content Access: Once any part of the online course content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued.
B. Long-Term Courses/Comprehensive Programs (Typically more than 6 months duration, including academic year programs):

Cancellation 20 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission: 60% of the course fee will be refunded. A 10% processing fee additionally (or a fixed amount as specified at the time of admission, whichever is lower) will be deducted.

Cancellation less than 20 days but more than 7 days before the official start date: 30% of the total course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days to the official start date OR after attending the first session/class: No refund will be issued.

After Content Access: Once any live session or part of the online course content has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

Note: "Formally notified last date of admission" refers to the last date for admissions as officially communicated by Anviksa Insight for the respective academic session/program.
3. Specific Scenarios and Deductions

Withdrawal Due to Medical Reasons: In verifiable cases of severe medical conditions preventing a student from continuing, Anviksa Insight may consider a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis, after deduction of administrative charges and the portion of the course already availed. Supporting medical documentation will be required.

Program Cancellation by Anviksa Insight: If Anviksa Insight cancels a course or program due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason, enrolled students will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid for that specific course/program.

Incorrect/Incomplete Information: If admission is cancelled by Anviksa Insight due to the submission of incorrect, fraudulent, or incomplete information/documents by the applicant, no refund will be provided for any fees paid.

Violation of Code of Conduct: If a student's enrollment is terminated due to a violation of Anviksa Insight's code of conduct or disciplinary rules, no refund will be provided.
4. How to Request a Refund/Cancellation
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or physical letter) to our Admissions/Administration Department. The request must include:

5. Refund Processing Time
Once a cancellation request is approved and all necessary documentation is received, the refund will be processed within 21 to 30 working days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's processing policies.
